McGarvey Custom Homes introduces Fairview model in Quail West

Behind the privacy gates of Quail West, a number of new estate home models are under construction. One of the newest is the Fairview by McGarvey Custom Homes.

The Fairview offers a view of the 10th fairway of the communities Preserve Course. The four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath home has 5,175 square feet under air and 8,550 total square feet including two two-car garages, one with golf cart parking.

From its elegant double-door entry, one steps into the grand foyer and gets an immediate view of the pool and golf course beyond.

Straight ahead is a large, open space which includes the great room, the kitchen and the formal dining area.

It is currently priced at $4,595,000, furnished.
