Richmond man arrested for massage sexual assault, conducting massages without license

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Hanover investigators have arrested and charged Clinton Corbert Stevenson, 46, of Richmond, with object sexual penetration and unlawful massage.

The incident originally occurred on Dec. 7, 2018, when deputies reported to the 7200 block of Hanover Green Drive after receiving a report of sexual assault.

The victim reported that she was sexually assaulted by Stevenson while receiving a massage. An investigation determined that Stevenson was conducting massages without a license.

Steven is currently incarcerated at Pamunkey Regional Jail, where he is being held without bond.
