RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - Severe storms caused downed trees and flooding across Richmond.
A downed tree was spotted on top of a truck in Westover Hills, between New Kent and Peterborough Roads.
Wednesday is another First Alert Weather Day, with a risk for severe storms across Central Virginia.
