Reports of injuries after Blue Mounds head-on crash

At least two people are injured after a two-vehicle crash in Blue Mounds Friday night.

The north and southbound lanes on Highway 78 were closed due to a head-on vehicle crash at Blue Valley Road from 7:00 p.m. until 8:17 p.m., according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.

There are reports of injuries from the crash, according to Dane County Communications. Emergency vehicles are being sent to the scene.
