Madison woman arrested for 6th OWI

A Madison woman was arrested for her 6th OWI offense after running a red light early Friday morning.
According to Madison Police, 38-year-old Tracey Franklin was heading east on East Washington Avenue around 6:43 a.m. when she t-boned a truck. The tuck, which had a green light was heading south on Thierer road.
The truck was struck by Franklin, who was intoxicated at the time. There were no serious injuries.
Franklin was arrested and also cited for operating after revocation and for a red signal violation.
