Third Suspect Charged in ‘Execution-Style' Double Homicide in Montgomery County

Prosecutors say the slayings were the result of a drug deal gone bad

Police arrested a third man in the deaths of two men found shot to death in a crashed car in Montgomery County, Maryland, police said.

Andy K. Panton, 20, was arrested Monday on a warrant charging him with first-degree murder. He is being held without bond.

Dontaye Jamahl Hunt and Noah Foster Barnett, both 18, also are charged in connection to the deaths of 23-year-old Jordan Alexander Radway of Laurel and 24-year-old Christian Deon Roberts of Silver Spring.

Officers found Radway and Roberts suffering from gunshot wounds inside a car Jan. 28 in the White Oak area.

A witness had called 911 to report a car crashed into several cars parked on the 116000 block of Stewart Lane.

Prosecutors say the victims were shot "execution-style" at close range during a $600 drug deal gone bad.

Detectives found Barnett contacted Radway to arrange a marijuana deal between Radway and Hunt, police said. Hunt met with the two victims on Stewart Lane, and witnesses described hearing gunshots and seeing a car speeding away from the scene.
