Week 5: Missouri high school football media rankings

Springfield Catholic's win over Reeds Spring over the weekend shook up this week's edition of the high school football rankings. 

The Irish's win helped Catholic crack the Top 10 while also helping Mt. Vernon rise in the ranks a week after losing to Reeds Spring. 

A number of area teams were recognized in this week's media rankings. Southwest Missouri teams are italicized.
