The Magistrates' Court in Carlisle
A MOTORIST was caught almost three times the legal drink-drive limit.
Robert Francis Power, 40, of Elliot Drive, Kingstown, Carlisle, admitted the offence at the city's magistrates' court.
He had 103mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg.
He was banned from driving for 15 months, made subject to a six week nighttime curfew, and ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge.
