A Whitehaven woman appeared in court accused of possessing class A drugs.
Donna Joyce Potts, 47, of Richmond Terrace, appeared at the magistrates' court in Workington on Friday, where she admitted possessing a quantity of diamorphine on January 20 in Whitehaven.
She was handed a 12-month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.
Magistrates ordered the drugs be destroyed.
