Caesars Sportsbook for UFC odds

Caesars sportsbook is extremely simple to operate. Once you’ve clicked on the MMA tab, the fights will be separated into four buttons:

  • Featured
  • Schedule
  • Live
  • Futures

Caesars also has one of the most attractive welcome offers in the business (up to a $1,250 bonus bet) and will often offer unique bonuses for UFC Main Events.

UFC and MMA markets on Caesars:

  • Moneyline
  • Total rounds
  •  How the fight will end
  • Combos
  • Parlays
  • Futures
  • Prop bets
  • Live betting

Caesars lacks a little in total UFC and MMA markets compared to the other ‘big three’ books, but you'll still be able to access most of the standard bets. They feature 'prebuilt' parlays for select fights that sometimes include boosted odds.

Look for special NJ sportsbook promotions during the week of a fight, as Caesars has been known to switch its offer up for significant events. This can include Bet and Gets, as well as an increase in its traditional new customer welcome offer.

BetMGM Sportsbook for UFC odds

With MGM Resorts as its parent company, BetMGM has the pedigree when it comes to fighting. The site is known to have competitive (if not the best) odds and has plenty of UFC and MMA markets.

Its welcome offer is similar to FanDuel and Caesars, where you’ll receive insurance on your first bet, usually up to $1,000. When a main event rolls around, you can expect different promotions and boosts, including Bet & Gets and profit surges.

UFC and MMA markets:

  • Moneyline
  • Total rounds
  • How the fight will end
  • Combos
  • Parlays
  • Futures
  • Prop bets
  • Live betting

BetMGM offers unique bets such as 'Gone in 60 seconds,' where you can bet on the fight ending in a minute or less. You’ll also find select fighters with profit boosts and One Game Parlay (OGP) insurance.

FanDuel Sportsbook for UFC odds

FanDuel shines in UFC betting thanks to its various betting options and early release of odds.

You’ll often find UFC Pay-Per-View markets available far sooner than you will at competing sportsbooks. This can be advantageous to jump on an opening price on a fight.

UFC and MMA markets on Fanduel:

  • Moneyline
  • KO insurance
  • Total rounds
  • How the fight will end
  • Combos
  • Parlays
  • Futures
  • Prop bets
  • Live betting
  • Parlay insurance

FanDuel’s desktop and app are intuitive and make it easy to find and bet on anything for a particular fight. Once you click on the MMA tab from the side menu, you’ll be on a page separated into:

  • UFC Main Card
  • UFC Prelims
  • UFC Fights

Look for same-game parlay (SGP) specials and odds boosts on certain fighters for championship bouts.

DraftKings Sportsbook for UFC odds

DraftKings has a solid welcome offer that will match your deposit by 20% up to $1,000. For some UFC events, the promotion will switch to a ‘Bet & Get’ offer that gives you $150 - $200 in bonus bets in exchange for a $5 wager.

DK is a decent betting option for most sports but is particularly attractive for MMA. Its range of markets and extensive props section makes it easy to customize your bet for each match.

UFC and MMA markets on DraftKings:

  • Moneyline
  • Total rounds
  • Winning method
  • Parlays
  • Futures
  • Prop bets
  • Live betting
  • Over/Under

DraftKings has some unique UFC bets that you won’t find on other sites:

  • You can wager on an alternative method of victory, 'double chance,' where you’ll have two shots at a winning ticket.
  • You can also choose if a fighter will win by split/majority or unanimous decision.

MMA odds boosts & bonuses

What the MMA odds posted on BestFightOdds don't tell you is that the top US online betting sites in the business offer bonus bets you can use to bet on fights plus boosted MMA odds you can take advantage of at the same time.

Here’s a look at some UFC odds boosts (or similar) you can expect to see for major (or minor) UFC cards:

  • DraftKings Sportsbook: Look for as much as a 20% payout boost for all bets up to $50 on an entire card. Or, +100 odds boosts on main events.
  • FanDuel Sportsbook: Look for boosted odds on a main event favorite up +500 on $20 bets.
  • BetMGM: Look for Bet $10, Get $200 promos that pay big bonuses on otherwise small MMA bets, sometimes whether you win or lose.

Bet on UFC Pay-Per-Views Live

Live MMA betting allows you to bet during fights at odds that change with the action.

The odds and lines will change rather fast, reflecting what’s happening in the fight. Having a top sports betting app (or two) installed on your phone will help you keep up.

Many of these apps will feature the UFC Event Centre in-fight betting product. That allows you to bet in more than 50 live betting markets during UFC fights with official UFC data.

That means every knockdown, submission, and takedown attempt. You can also hedge your pre-fight bets, double down, or improve your fight-watching experience by keeping a companion betting app handy.

How to bet on MMA fights

If you need a quick refresher on the main UFC bets available, here’s a look at the basic betting options you'll find on UFC betting sites for most fights:

  • Moneyline: Odds are posted on each fighter. You pick one to win and lock in the odds at the time you place a bet, even if the odds change ahead of the fight.
  • The odds on the favorite are a negative number. That tells you how much you need to bet to win $100, plus your bet back.
  • The odds on the underdog are a positive number. That tells you how much you stand to win for every $100 you bet.
  • Specifics: Get better odds the more specific your bet. Pick a fighter to win and the round or range of rounds when they’ll win. Or, bet on a fight to go the distance or end in a specific round, no matter who wins.
  • Total Rounds: Bet on a fight going over or under the total number of rounds in a line set by sportsbooks. Bet at slightly negative odds with a small vig for sportsbooks to profit from baked right in.
  • Winning method: Bet a fight ending by either knockout, submission, or judges’ decision, no matter who wins.
  • Parlays: Two or more basic UFC bets strung together make it a parlay. Payouts are better because you have to win each leg to win anything.
  • Props: Includes bets on fighter stats like the number of knockdowns or takedown and submission attempts. Plus, even more specifics, like a fight ending in a draw.
  • Live MMA betting: Standard and even more specific lines available during a fight at odds that change alongside the action.

Vegas UFC odds vs. Online UFC odds

The odds on MMA fights come from the top online sportsbooks in the country. Sportsbooks are copycats, which is why most look similar. They are even the same betting lines you might bet on at a swanky sportsbook lounge in Las Vegas.

Of course, these lines can change, but only the sportsbook that took the big bets will make that change when it's betting that forces the change. That’s why the line on a fight will start out the same almost everywhere you look, but end up different by the time ‘its time.’

That’s why it always makes sense to shop around for lines when betting on any fight. You may find a better price and increase your potential profits or mitigate any potential loss.

Why do UFC odds change?

The odds on any UFC or MMA fight are subject to change ahead of that fight. News about injuries or otherwise could be released that looks like it will have an impact on the outcome. Sportsbooks will adjust by moving the line.

Increased betting on one fighter or the other might also force sportsbooks to move the line. MMA lines are set to draw equal betting to each side so sportsbooks can profit off the baked-in vig without sweating the outcome.

If more money is bet on one side sportsbooks will move the line to get things back closer to even.

No matter what happens with a line, you lock in the odds as posted when you place a bet. But, a big change in the odds based on betting patterns might make you want to hedge your bet or even double down.
