Drivers named and shamed after being caught drink-driving in Nottinghamshire

A 32-year-old man was fined £120 for drink-driving.

Bryn Bull, of Linby Avenue, Mansfield, pleaded guilty to driving a Honda CRV when he had 86 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on March 17.

Bull was banned from driving for 22 months, ordered to pay £30 towards victim services and costs of £85.

No separate penalty was given to Bull after he admitted a charge of resisting a sergeant in the execution of his duty in Sutton-in-Ashfield on March 17.

A man was banned from driving for 22 months, fined £342 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £85.

Mansfield Magistrates' Court heard Nathan Strowther, 22, of Wenham Lane, Huthwaite, pleaded guilty to drink-driving in a silver-coloured Audi A3 in Common Road, Huthwaite, on April 7.

He had 86 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35.

A woman pleaded guilty to drink-driving in a Ford Kuga car in Kingsway in Kirkby-in-Ashfield.

Alexandra Cunningham, 44, of Half Moon Drive, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, had 106 miicrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on January 26.

At Mansfield Magistrates' Court, Cunningham was given a community order and rehabilitation activity requirement for up to a maximum of ten days.

She was fined £100, must pay £85 towards victim services, and is now subject to a 25-month driving ban.

One driver was fined £360 for drink-driving on the A614 in Nottinghamshire.

Katie Gibbs, 30, of Knowle Mount, Burley, Leeds, pleaded guilty to having 79 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35.

At Nottingham Magistrates' Court, Gibbs was ordered to pay £36 towards victim services, costs of £85, and is now subject to a driving ban for 18 months.

A 21-year-old man pleaded guilty to drink-driving in Hound Road in West Bridgford.

Ellis Willder, of Selby Road, West Bridgford, had 73 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on April 6.

At Nottingham Magistrates' Court, he was fined £300, banned from driving for 20 months, ordered to pay £30 towards victim services and costs of £85.

A drink driver was fined £525 after he pleaded guilty to being over the limit in a Ford Focus.

Luke Malythmcz, 29, of Queens Road North, Eastwood, was behind the wheel of the car at the Wellington Inn, Nottingham Road, Eastwood, on April 5.

Magistrates heard he had 77 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35.

He was disqualified from driving for 40 months and ordered to pay £52 towards victim services and costs of £85.
