Three robbers with their faces covered stole cash and alcohol from a convenience store in Carrington in a late night raid.

The trio entered the Go Local store on Hucknall Road at around 11pm on December 16.

They threatened staff with a knife before getting away with cigarettes and sweets, as well as the cash and alcohol.

Nottinghamshire Police has now released CCTV images of the people they would like to speak to.

The people in the images are described as:

- man, around 5ft 8ins tall, wearing red hooded top with CUBA written on the front in white with white pull toggles, black tracksuit bottoms and trainers. He was also wearing a blue Adidas style t-shirt as a face covering and carrying a black shopping back with an orange written logo.

- man, around 5ft 8ins tall, wearing a black hooded jacket with a dark blue face covering, blue skinny fit jeans, light-coloured gloves and black and white trainers. He was also carrying a navy coloured Aldi shopping bag with the logo 'You take the biscuit' on it.

- sex unknown, around 5ft 7ins, wearing a grey/beige knee length hooded jacket, black hooded top underneath with the hood worn up over a dark coloured peaked cap and blue stonewash jeans. They were also wearing dark coloured trainers with white soles.

A Nottinghamshire Police spokesman said: "If you recognise these people or have any information that could help, please call us on 101 quoting incident 843 of 16 December. You can also call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
