Washington Regional Medical System and the Lincoln School District have partnered to operate a school-based health center on the Lincoln Middle School campus. The clinic, located at 201 E. School Street, opened December 1 and is operating as a satellite location of Washington Regional’s West Washington County Clinic, which is located at 106 W. Park Street in Lincoln. The providers at West Washington County Clinic will also staff the school-based clinic. They include Dr. Jennifer Cheatham, Dr. Susan Ferguson, Dr. Benjamin Hall, and Tera Thompson, APRN. The school-based clinic offers health care services to all staff and students of the Lincoln School District, as well as the public, Monday – Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Both the main location and school-based location of West Washington County Clinic offer comprehensive medical care for adults and children including preventive care, care for acute illness and minor injuries, management of chronic illness, as well as sports and camp physicals. The school-based health center accepts most health insurance, however school children will be seen regardless of ability to pay.  Appointments can be made by calling (479) 824-3196.
