Utah man arrested with about $3.7 million worth of drugs in Arizona, authorities say

A dizzying array of narcotics worth about $3.7 million was uncovered in the sedan of a Utah man Monday during a traffic stop in northwest Arizona, officials said.

Logan Lewis Pederson, 30, was arrested after a search of the car exposed 66 pounds of a liquid methamphetamine substance, six bricks of cocaine and more than 2 pounds of MDMA, according to the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities also said they uncovered more than 200 pounds of THC-laced candies.

Pederson was stopped on Interstate 15 near Littlefield, Ariz., which is about 8 miles south of the Utah state line, officials said.

He was charged with multiple drug felonies and transported to the Mohave County jail, according to the sheriff’s office.
