Dunkirk Public Library events
The Dunkirk Public Library, located at 536 Central Ave., has announced several upcoming special programs.
On Oct. 30, the library will host a spooky Board & Card game night from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. featuring Betrayal at House on the Hill, but people are encouraged to bring a game of their own to share, as well. Pre-registration is encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome.
Nov. 3 through 9 is International Library Games Week. Library staff will be hosting a Hearthstone Tournament in the Computing Center on Thursday, Nov. 7 at 3:30 p.m. Pre-registration is required.
A full day of gaming activities will take place on Saturday, Nov. 9 from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pre-registration is encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome.
On Nov. 14, author/poet Darrell Epp will be presenting his work from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the Library Reading Room. Pre-registration is encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome.
