Man hurt in SE Portland shooting, police say

A man was shot Thursday night in Southeast Portland, police say.

The man was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries that didn’t threaten his life, according to Portland police. He was shot near Southeast Powell Boulevard and 122nd Avenue.

No arrests have been announced, and no suspect information has been released.

Investigators want to hear from anyone who saw the shooting. Detectives can be contacted at 503-823-2056 or 503-823-0508.

The shooting remains under investigation. Officers initially responded about 9:45 p.m. Thursday.
