7 Oregon players named to Senior Bowl watch list

EUGENE — Seven Oregon players were named to the Senior Bowl watch list.

Quarterback Justin Herbert, linebacker Troy Dye, offensive linemen Shane Lemieux and Calvin Throckmorton, receiver Juwan Johnson, tight end Jake Breeland and linebacker La’Mar Winston Jr. are among the 475 players named to the watch list for the premier annual college all-star game, which was announced Wednesday.

Defensive end/linebacker Jalen Jelks represented Oregon in last year’s Senior Bowl.

The Senior Bowl will be played Jan. 29, 2020 at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile, Alabama.
