More than 6,000 lose power in Gresham

More than 6,000 people in the Gresham area are without power Thursday morning.

Portland General Electric reports that 6,374 people in four zip codes lost power just before 10 a.m. on a day when temperatures are expected to climb in the 90s.

Currently, the electric company says it investigators are trying to figure out what has caused the outages.

Most are expected to be fixed by noon.
