Teens warned of vaping dangers

East Grand Rapids Public Schools is holding grade-level assemblies for students in sixth through 12th grade on dangers of vaping or using e-cigarettes. Middle school students heard from presenters, Dr. Shelley Schmidt and Dave Stults, on Tuesday, Sept. 10. A parent session is planned, for anyone in the area, 6 p.m. Sept. 18 at the high school.AP
