Washington State football coach Mike Leach is teaching a class on campus in the spring geared at the strategic intersection of combat and football.

He joined me to talk about it, but the conversation soon turned toward flip flops, seven-toed cats and why he thinks the Cougars will be good again next season in Pac-12 play.
