Rodolfo Campuzano's goal in the 29th minute sent sixth-seeded Woodburn to a 1-0 victory over No. 5 Stayton in the Class 4A boys soccer state final Saturday at Liberty High School in Hillsboro.

Ricardo Chacon assisted on the goal, and Isaac Pureco made three saves to help the Bulldogs (15-2-1) seal the win.

The Eagles (15-3-0) were outshot 12-7. They defeated Woodburn in both previous meetings this season.

The Bulldogs won their fourth consecutive state championship. They finished on top of Class 5A in 2016 and 2017 before dropping to Class 4A last year.
