OXFORD High Street was partially blocked after a crash near the Longwall Street junction.
Oxford Bus Company tweeted about an 'incident' at about 11am this morning, but did not specify the nature of what had happened.

Due to an incident on the High Street by Longwall Street junction, the traffic in the City Centre is building up. This will affect all our services travelling in the area. Thank you for your patience.

A staff member at a nearby business said a car had crashed close to the traffic lights and there was 'plenty of police,' but said the road had been cleared by midday.
