It’s apparently not too good of an idea to wear your Donald Trump, Make America Great Again, hats to Black Lives Matter protests.
At least, for two men in Charleston, South Carolina, it wasn’t a good idea.
That’s because, according to a report from Charleston’s The Post and Courier, the two guys who did that at a Saturday rally in that city found themselves cornered and “punched.”
According to The Post and Courier, the two men showed up at the rally in Marion Square wearing the hats and carrying an American flag. It said police were able to create a barrier between the men and the protesters and escort them away, but not before one of the men had his hat taken and set on fire by the crowd.
The Post reported that the event was, otherwise, peaceful.
