Inspections are overseen by the Department of Agriculture. The department notes that in many cases violations are corrected by the restaurant before inspectors leave.

--Egg rolls were held at 49.1 F, in the refrigerator area, rather than 41 F or below as required. TCS foods were discarded.

--Person-in-charge does not demonstrate adequate knowledge of food safety in this food facility as evidenced by this non-compliant inspection.

--Several foods in the walk-in cooler were observed stored open with no covering.

--Raw chicken was stored above ready-to-eat foods in the walk-in cooler.

--Observed a brillo pad in the hand-wash sink, indicating uses other than hand-washing.

--Observed an accumulation of static dust on the ansul system and on the oven hood system directly over oven opening and flat top grill on the make-line.

--Observed the hand-wash sink in the ware-washing area being blocked by a plastic food container and not accessible at all times for employee use. (Corrected)
