2nd and Charles, which buys, sells and trades used books, video games and music will reopen this week.

The store will reopen at the Harrisburg Mall this Friday at 3501 Paxton St. in Swatara Township. The store will be open from 11 a.m. to -7 p.m. Friday. The hours moving forward are yet to be determined, according to a company spokesperson.

The store has been closed since March when Gov. Tom Wolf ordered all non-essential stores to close due to COVID-19. Dauphin County will move into the yellow phase on Friday and retail will be permitted to open.

However, enclosed malls like the Harrisburg Mall must remain closed in the yellow phase. But stores at the mall with outside entrances are permitted to reopen if they choose to do so. Bass Pro Shops will also open its store at the mall on Friday.
