Two Harrisburg men accused of sexually assaulting a Dauphin County teen waived their preliminary hearings, according to court records.

Swatara Township police reported Wednesday that Andrew Allen Johnson and Malik Hakim Warren, both 21, were charged in July with having sex with the teen.

Police were called to the Rodeway Inn at 631 Eisenhower Boulevard on July 21, for a report of men having sex with a minor.

Police learned that the two invited the teen, age not provided by police, to the motel and the teen had sexual contact with both men. Court records show that the teen was between the ages of 13 and 16.

Johnson and Warren are both charged with three felonies: involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a person younger than 16, statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors, according to online court documents.

Records show both waived their preliminary hearings that were to be held last week.

Johnson is being held at Dauphin County Prison on $10,000 bail. Warren was released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
