Harrisburg resident suspected of assaulting Lebanon man with a hatchet: police

A 33-year-old Harrisburg resident hit a 23-year-old Lebanon resident with a hatchet in mid-July, seriously injuring him, police say.

Misael Guilbe-Leon was charged Friday with two counts of aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another Person and possessing instruments of crime. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Guilbe was part of a three-man fight about a bottle of alcohol that happened around 4 a.m. on July 18 on the 900 block of Cumberland Street, police said. All three men knew one another, police said.
