Body found Saturday on Harrisburg street: police

Harrisburg police are investigating after a man was found dead Saturday on a city street.

Police found the man’s body on the 200 block of Walnut Street around 8:30 a.m. while responding to reports of an unresponsive person lying in the road.

That section of Walnut Street was temporarily closed Saturday morning while police were at the scene.

The man’s identity and cause of death have not been released.

The incident remains under investigation.
