PennLive ranked Pennsylvania’s top 350 college football prospects for the Class of 2020 last Monday.
So, this week, the Class of 2021 is up.
In the newest rankings for 2021, PennLive expanded its list from 100 college prospects to 150.
However, for this go-round, we broke it into three parts.
Today’s first part will feature the athletes we ranked 150-101. Tuesday will feature 100-51, and Wednesday will feature the “Fab 50,” of the class.

For the list as a whole, there are some impressive athletes — a nationally-ranked quarterback, receiver and lineman — to name a few.
But there are also some guys who are just coming into their own following their sophomore campaigns.
The next year will be huge for them in determining their college fates.
This is not a “most productive high school player” or “best high school player” list.
There are, often, times when high school production does not equal college interest.
And, again, this is a “college football prospect” list. It’s a projection of an athlete’s value as a next-level prospect.
Production is considered in developing the rankings, however, but so are other things college recruiters look for — size speed, strength … the measureables.
Film and in-person evaluations are also considered.
Some, perhaps not all, of an athlete’s offers may be listed, but offers were not a qualifying factor. They are there to give readers an idea of the type of college attention the athlete is already receiving.
