Nate Bruce doesn’t have a whole bunch of stars next to his name.

That doesn’t really matter because he’s pretty darned good.
Penn State offered the guy in late July, and against Coatesville, the third-ranked team in the state, Friday, Bruce showed what coaches have been seeing in him.
The 6-foot-4, 325-pound junior offensive lineman from Harrisburg High was the biggest, baddest man on the field.
And he did it while playing both ways — he filled in at defensive tackle — and his offensive line coach, Richard Muldrow, pointed out that he “stepped out of his comfort zone” and slid from guard to left tackle on offense.
Harrisburg upset the Red Raiders, 14-6.
And Bruce, who also has offers from Texas A&M, Rutgers and Virginia Tech, spent four quarters tossing guys around.
He won head up. He smashed guys when he was on the move.
He was kind of scary.
