A motorbike has been hit by a car on the roundabout near to Victoria Road.
Eyewitnesses at the scene say a biker was hit by a car at about 3.20pm this afternoon near Higher St Budeaux, off the A38.
Police, an ambulance and a paramedics car are at the scene.
It is not known if the person is injured, but the eyewitness said that they were laying in the road.
Plymouth Live has contacted the Force Incident Manager at Devon and Cornwall Police but they have been incredibly difficult to get hold of this weekend.
A local resident said that there is slow traffic in the area as a result of the crash.
