Flat block taped off by police in Portsmouth

A FLAT block and surrounding roads have been taped off by police this evening.

Neighbours have reported that police have taped off Mulberry House on the junction of Bedford Street and St James’ Road in Southsea.

A witness said that an ambulance had also been at the scene.
