William M. Davies Jr. Career and Technical High School

William M. Davies Jr. Career and Technical High School has selected a new chairman and added four new members to its board of trustees.

Paul Ouellette, of Greenville, has been named chairman of the board of trustees. He is the senior vice president for the Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce.

The new members are:

Nora Crowley, of Providence, the executive director of the Governor's Workforce Board of Rhode Island.

Kelly Doern, of East Providence, the senior director of employer engagement for Skills for Rhode Island's Future.

Megan Herne, of Newport, the human resource manager of AstroNova Inc. in North America.

Douglas Sherman Sr., of Cranston, the vice president and provost of New England Institute of Technology.

Restivo Monacelli LLP

Kevin Hundley, of Pascoag, has been appointed managing partner, succeeding Edmund Restivo Jr., who remains with the firm as a founding partner. Hundley joined Restivo Monacelli in 2003 as a manager in the Audit and Accounting Department, and was promoted to partner in 2008.

Women’s Fund of Rhode Island

Kevin Matta, of Providence, has been appointed to the board of directors of the Women’s Fund of Rhode Island. He is the director of client engagement and inclusion at Advancing Workplace Excellence (AWE), and has over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit, health-care and financial sectors.

Wright-Pierce

David Gaipo, of West Warwick, has joined the firm as a business development/client service manager with a focus on Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He brings to his new position more than 24 years of experience in the operations and management of municipal water and wastewater facilities, and holds advanced operator licenses for both water and wastewater facilities in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Florida.

Youth Restoration Project

Trinice Holden, of Foster, has been named executive director of the Youth Restoration Project. She began working at YRP as a restorative justice conference facilitator and rose quickly to staff supervisor under YRP’s National Institute of Justice grant before becoming implementation manager. This fall, she was recruited into the Institute for Non-profit Practices, with a scholarship from the Nellie Mae Foundation.
