"The Vampire Circus" comes to the Stadium Theatre, 28 Monument Square, Woonsocket, on Friday at 8 p.m., bringing a fusion of acrobatics, theater, comedy and cabaret. The show's theme is a mystical journey through an abandoned 19th-century cemetery, where moonlight awakens ghosts, ghouls and vampires. The Museum of Natural History and Cormack Planetarium at Roger Williams Park have some Halloween fun planned for Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with their "Creepy, Crawly Fun Weekend." Check out bats, vultures, spiders and other eerie specimens from the museum's "underworld" (aka its basement vaults), make a spider hat or other crafts, see the new "Max Goes to the Moon" planetarium show and take home a trick-or-treat goodie bag. Museum admission is $2, $3 if you add the 2 p.m. planetarium show and $5 if you take the vault tour at 1 or 3 p.m. Free museum and planetarium admission for costumed visitors. The third annual Jewelry City Steampunk Festival takes place Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at various venues in downtown Attleboro. You'll find an eclectic variety of entertainment, from swordfighting to an alternative reality game, as well as shopping, children’s activities, panel discussions and more. An After Hours Bash follows from 7 to 10 p.m. at Ezekiel Bates Masonic Lodge, 71 N. Main St., with a $25 admission. Go to Jewelrycitysteampunk.com for a schedule of events.

On Sunday, "Historic Halloween at the Old Jail" will give a rare look at the cells of the jail at 110 King St. in East Greenwich, led by a guide dressed as Mrs. Everlin Smith, who served as jail keeper 100 years ago. Besides the tour, there will be old-fashioned games, crafts, fortune-telling and snacks for those brave enough to venture inside. The event will run from 1 to 4 p.m.; children must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets, available at the door or online at eghps.org, are $10.

On Sunday at 3 p.m., the Warwick Symphony Orchestra's "Tricks & Treats Halloween Spooktacular" will offer a holiday-themed classical and pops program at the Scottish Rite Masonic Center Auditorium, 2115 Broad St., Cranston.
