Holiday display features 300,000 lights illuminating more than 10 acres; international creche museum with hundreds of creches from around the world. Christmas at the Newport Mansions: The Elms, 367 Bellevue Ave.; The Breakers, 44 Ochre Point Ave.; and Marble House, 596 Bellevue Ave. The historical mansions will be filled with thousands of poinsettias, fresh flowers, evergreens and wreaths, as well as 28 professionally decorated Christmas trees. Gingerbread Mansion replicas will also be on display. Santa will visit from noon to 3 p.m., Dec. 1 at The Breakers, Dec. 8 at Marble House and Dec. 15 at The Elms. Tickets are also available for Holiday Evenings, featuring live holiday music and light refreshments from 6 to 8 p.m., Nov. 30, Dec. 7, 14 and 28.
