PROVIDENCE -- An indictment handed up by a grand jury sitting in Providence County accuses a 41-year-old North Providence man of killing his father, according to the Office of Attorney General Peter Neronha.

North Providence police charged Clark Murray Jr. in the slaying of his father, Clark Murray Sr., on March 25. The police say he stabbed his father to death.

The grand jury handed up an indictment in the case on Oct. 16.

Murray, who faces a charge of domestic murder, is scheduled for arraignment in Superior Court, Providence, on Oct. 30, says a news release from Neronha’s office.
