WEST DOVER — Fans of Betsey's Dot's of Dover can soon get their fix again.

"Thanks to the outpouring of support and reassurance from our friends and neighbors, we have plans to rebuild ... as soon as possible," Dot's of Dover said Saturday via Facebook. "In the meantime, we will be operating out of a food truck, so that we can continue to provide the warm and delicious experience you have come to enjoy."

The post says to "stay tuned" for a reopening date. The diner had been destroyed in a fire last month.

Betsey Reagan, owner, said the food truck will be open soon.

"We have a few things to do and hopefully by the weekend we'll be open," she said.

Dover Zoning Administrator Tabi Freedman said the food truck is on site next to First Trax Sports Shop in the Mountain Park Plaza where the diner is located.

On Sunday, Nosh presented Betsey Reagan with a $20,000 check. Staff from the new restaurant raised money via gofundme.com.

"We are so grateful for everyone's support," Dot's of Dover said in a Facebook post about the event.

Due to "overwhelming demand," Mount Snow has extended a raffle to benefit the diner. Tickets will be sold for $5 at the ski resort's guest services department Friday to Monday.

One lucky winner gets a refurbished four-person chair from the Grand Summit Express lift with a custom post-and-beam frame built by Travis Wendell of Pioneer Timber Frames. The name will be announced Tuesday on Mount Snow's Facebook page.
