LITTLE ones and their families embraced all things Welsh to mark the feast day of St David.

St David - or Dewi Sant - the patron saint of Wales may have died some 1,500 years ago, but Welsh spirit couldn't be stronger as school children and residents across Denbighshire and Conwy proudly wore daffodils and wore traditional costume, frilled bonnets and chimney hats.
