Josh Mullin has signed a one-year contract extension with Ross County.

The new deal will keep the 26-year-old winger at the Global Energy Stadium until the summer of 2021.

Mullin starred for the Staggies as they won the Scottish Championship and Irn-Bru Cup last season, reaching double figures for both goals and assists.

Last week he insisted Mullin told the Ross-shire Journal he had not considered leaving the club this summer, despite being linked with other clubs.

And after committing his future to County, club co-manager Steven Ferguson said: "Josh is a great asset to the club and had a very successful season in the Championship.

"We are pleased he will be with us for the next two season, and Josh is quite rightly looking to test himself in the Scottish Premiership."
