Two men from Coalisland, Co Tyrone have appeared separately on drugs charges at a special court in Omagh.

Twenty-four-year-old Aaron Kelly of Ardnasken Park faced six charges related to possessing cocaine with intent to supply, possessing cocaine, possessing criminal property and concealing criminal property.

A police witness linked Mr Kelly to a sophisticated drugs factory found in the Stewartstown area. He was remanded in custody to Dungannon Magistrates Court on 17 April.

Twenty-seven-year-old Carl Ritchie of Mourne Crescent was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to supply, possession of cannabis, and possession of criminal property.

A police witness said Mr Ritchie was arrested as part of the investigation which had led to Mr Kelly's arrest.

Mr Ritchie was remanded in custody to Dungannon Magistrates Court on 10 April.
