SALEM- A conditioning session for Salem students grades seven through 12 interested in cross country will be held from 8 to 10 a.m. weekdays for the month of July beginning Monday. Meeting location will be in the high school parking lot off of FE Cope Drive. It will be mandatory to have the Salem Athletic Department COVID-19 Waiver of Liability signed and turned in before being able to participate in conditioning; the coaching staff will have extra copies available to sign at the conditioning session if not already turned in. The waiver and more information is also available on the program’s Google Classroom where it can be viewed and printed off.
