SALISBURY District Hospital has recorded a further coronavirus death - the first in seven days.
Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust confirmed that a woman in her 80s with underlying health conditions passed away on May 21 after contracting Covid-19.
A spokesperson from the trust said: "Our thoughts and condolences are with the patient’s family and loved ones at this difficult time."
This latest death is the first one since May 14. It brings the total number of those who died after contracting Covid-19 to 52.
