Nilima Dutta Passes Away At Dispur Hospital

GUWAHATI: Nilima Dutta, a resident of Lachit Nagar, B.T. College Lane (West) in the city passed away at Dispur Hospital on Monday following a brief illness. She was 79 and leaves behind her two sons, a daughter and host of relatives. Her husband Nagendra Nath Dutta predeceased her. Keenly associated the historic Assam Agitation and various social and literary work, Nilima Dutta was loved and respected for her amiable disposition. Her last rites will be performed on Tuesday.
