Entertainment / Tribute acts to head north

CASH - A Tribute to Johnny Cash.

FANS of Pink Floyd, Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash and Little Mix look to be in for a treat this year as groups paying tribute to all four acts get set to visit the isles.

What The Floyd: The Music of Pink Floyd will perform at Mareel in Lerwick on 12 May as the band perform Dark Side of the Moon in full alongside other classic tracks.

Award-winning Scottish Elvis impersonator Johnny Lee Memphis will pay tribute to the King at Mareel on 14 June, performing hits from 1969 to 1977.

CASH – A Tribute to Johnny Cash will return to Shetland again to hit the stage at Mareel on 27 July, having previously played at venues like the Clickimin.

Little Mix Magic, meanwhile, will pay tribute to the girl group with a 1pm matinee show at Mareel on 15 September.

Ticket information is available via the Shetland Arts box office.
