A WOMAN burst into a shop in Taunton and started throwing items around, a court has heard.
Jane Marie Butcher, 38, was in breach of a Criminal Behaviour Order when she committed the offence in Sharps Bedrooms, in North Street on March 19 this year.
Butcher, of Triscombe Road, Taunton, had denied the offence but she was found guilty after a trial at Taunton Magistrates' Court on Monday.
She was also found guilty of using foul language in Magdalene Lane on the same day and of being abusive to staff in Superdrug, in Paul Street, on April 5. Both offences were also in breach of the Criminal Behaviour Order imposed on July 17, 2017.
At the same hearing, Butcher was found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating on March 19.
She was remanded on unconditional bail for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
She was ordered to appear before magistrates again on Thursday, August 22.
