There are long delays as motorists leave the Weston Air Festival.
The traffic has been compounded by a lorry catching fire on the M5.
First Bus tweeted: "Very heavy traffic leaving Weston following the air show now causing further delays.
"Currently taking 1hr+ in the queue to the M5 junction.
"Severe delays to Excel services.
"Town services also delayed."
Bristol Live reports particularly slow-moving routes are Knightstone Road - in both directions at Royal Parade - and the A370 eastbound.

M5 update: lane re-opened after accident
Traffic is moving again, with all lanes open, following an accident on the M5 northbound from J17 to J16.
M4 fire causes lane closure
One lane is closed on the M4 eastbound due to a vehicle fire between J19 (M32/Bristol) and J18 (A46/Bath/Tomarton).

Traffic can move again on the M5 southbound between J21 (Weston) and J22 (Edithmead).

Traffic has returned to normal on the M5 southbound between J22 and J23 now that a broken-down vehicle has been removed.
One lane had been closed earlier.

Traffic has returned to normal on Knightstone Road - but slow traffic remains on the A370 eastbound at M5 J21.
Emergency services on M5
Three fire engines, two police cars and a paramedic are in attendance following the lorry fire on the M5, according to INRIX.
The lorry, carrying hay bales, went on fire between J21 and J22 earlier.
All three southbound lanes remain blocked.
