A new clothes shop has opened at a shopping centre in Bath after a star studded launch event.
Boudavida, a sportswear brand for women based in Somerset, welcomed Olympic champions on September 12 to mark the opening of its first shop in Bath.
The business has move into Milsom Place, at a site previously occupied by Jamie's.
Double Olympic skeleton champion Lizzy Yarnold, endurance marathon runner Lowri Morgan, Olympic pentathlete Heather Fell, skeleton athlete Kimberley Murray and skeleton Olympic gold medallist Amy Williams attended the shop launch.
A physical shop space is a step forward for the brand after two years of selling products online from a base in Shepton Mallet.
Founder Anabel Sexton said: “We were thrilled with the turnout of people to our launch event in Bath city centre.
"It was great to see famous faces, who are female role models for our next generation of women and girls, attending the launch and wearing our activewear.”
Boudavida donates 5 per cent of all sales to projects in women’s and girls' sport, to help them get active and enrich their lives through exercise.
The Olympians and TV personalities were there to show their support for the business and their core message to increase funding for women’s sport.
Boudavida creates activewear that all women can feel confident and comfortable in, with a collection that comes in sizes 8-18 and conceived by real women, for all women.
It is designed to flatter and suit the female form, encouraging women to be the best, most active versions of themselves.
