TICKETS for next week’s Carabao Cup second-round tie between Newport County AFC and West Ham United go on sale on Tuesday.

The match takes place on Tuesday, August 27 (kick-off 7.45pm), at Rodney Parade and will be shown live on Sky Sports.

Tickets will be on sale to Newport County AFC season ticket holders, Trust members and community shareholders, volunteers and Clwb Spytty members on Tuesday and Wednesday before going on general sale on Thursday and Friday.

Up to 6,000 tickets will be available for sale to home fans. This number is considerably more than the potential number of priority ticket purchasers.

All those who qualify for, and wish to purchase, priority tickets will be catered for.

Supporters can only claim priority tickets under one of the above categories during the priority sales window.

Season ticket holders can buy a maximum of two tickets during the priority sales period.

There will be a maximum of one for everyone else, with the exception of Clwb Spytty members where there has to be a paying adult with the child member.

Season ticket holders are reminded that their ticket for this match will only be available to purchase for the area their season ticket is in, and there is no guarantee that the second ticket available will be in the same area of the stadium.

South Wales Argus:
