Portland alt-rock quartet the Dandy Warhols will headline Gleason Fest, now in its eighth year.

The Grizzled Mighty, Delbert and Left Hand Smoke will also take the Lilac Bowl Amphitheater stage in Riverfront Park during Gleason Fest on Aug. 10.

Tickets are $30 or $80 for VIP access and go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through www.gleasonfest.org and TicketsWest outlets. General admission tickets will be sold at the show for $35.

Gleason Fest was inspired by Spokane native Steve Gleason, who was diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis in 2011. Earlier this year, Gleason, who will attend the festival, was awarded the Congressional Gold Medal, the highest civilian honor awarded by Congress.

Proceeds from Gleason Fest benefit the Gleason Initiative Foundation’s mission to help those with ALS and create awareness of the disease.
