Pair charged with marijuana trafficking
Arrests were made Thursday night in Wilmington

WILMINGTON -- Two suspects are in custody after New Hanover County Sheriff's Office vice and narcotics detectives seized approximately 100 pounds of marijuana from a residence at 5006 Park Ave.
Detectives conducted a week long investigation before acting on a search warrant around 9 p.m. Thursday.
Aqib Malik, 22, of High Point, was charged with nine felony counts including trafficking marijuana. Trevor Rocklein, 20, was charged with seven felony charges including trafficking marijuana.
Malik is being held in New Hanover County jail on $100,000 bond, while Rocklein's bond has been set at $25,000.
